Each mala is handmade in Vrindavan and offered to Shri Radha-Krishna before it is packed. Please read this policy before placing your order — it applies to every order on our store.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all Indian orders of ₹999 & above
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders

International Shipping
We deliver worldwide through India Post (International Speed Post / Registered Post).
- Typical delivery time is 10–25 working days, depending on the country and customs clearance
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Customs duties, import taxes or local fees (if any) are charged by your country and must be paid by the customer
- The customer is responsible for following the import rules of their own country

Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp
- Track your parcel on the DTDC, Delhivery or India Post website
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first update
Section 06
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please enter a complete address, PIN code and an active phone number
- We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
- If a parcel is refused or returned undelivered, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer
- Delivery dates are estimates; weather, strikes or courier delays may occasionally cause delays beyond our control
Section 07
International Cancellation & Refunds
For international orders, if you cancel or request a refund:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted
- Payment gateway fees (Shopify / PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted
The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method. By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.
